Perennial — Height 18 to 24 inches

A free flowering perennial bearing large single flowers of light blue. Very attractive in masses and useful in borders.

SOWING
Sow seed outdoors in spring or early summer. For best results loosen soil with rake or hoe. Cover seed with 1/8 inch of fine soil, well pressed down. Keep soil moist until seedlings appear.

THINNING
When plants are 2 to 3 inches high, thin to 8 to 10 inches apart. Does not transplant well.

GERMINATION
Germinates in 9 to 15 days depending on soil and temperature conditions.

REMARKS
Wildflowers require little care. Flax prefers dry conditions. Water only when needed by soaking ground around plants.
