Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times We ship via UPS and USPS. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination zone. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

PO Boxes USPS delivers to PO Boxes; UPS does not. If your shipping address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via USPS. Please ensure your PO Box address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Seasonal Shipping Holds To protect seed viability, we may delay shipment during periods of extreme heat or cold. If your order is affected, we will notify you by email.

State Noxious Weed Restrictions Some seeds and plant varieties are regulated or prohibited in certain states due to noxious weed laws. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order that includes items restricted in the destination state. Affected customers will be notified and refunded for any items that cannot be shipped.

Order Tracking Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at rhart@hartseed.com so we can assist. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer's expense. If you choose not to reship, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping charges.
