Matures in: 70 days from setting out transplants

Description:
An heirloom variety from France. Compact plants produce abundant 5 to 7 inches of creamy white elongated fruits. Snow-white flesh has a delicate texture and is milder, less bitter than purple eggplants. Young fruits do not need peeling.

SOWING:
Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost-free date.
Plant seeds 1/4 inches deep in moist, soilless mix and water well.
Place tray in a warm area.
Once seedlings appear, provide 10 to 14 hours of light from direct sun or grow lights.

THINNING:
When seedlings are 3 to 4 inches tall, transplant each into 4 inch pots.
Apply diluted fertilizer when watering.
Continue 10 to 14 hours of light exposure.
Harden off plants before transplanting into the garden.

GERMINATION:
Germinates in 10 to 20 days depending on soil temperature and moisture.
