SOWING:
Select a sunny location and sow seed after all danger of frost has passed. Oregano is a perennial, so plant in a permanent location. Plant seed 1/16 inch deep in rows two feet apart, spacing seeds one inch apart in the row. Cover with soil, well pressed down.

THINNING:
Thin to eighteen inches apart.

GERMINATION:

REMARKS:
Flavor is best before the plant blooms. Pick leaves as needed and use fresh or dry. Leaves may be frozen. Grows well in containers indoors and out. Responds well to trimming.
