A University recommended blend of three different improved varieties of turf-type tall fescue with minimal water and fertilizer needs. Creates a sea of green when seeded by itself. Because tall fescues grow differently than other turf grasses, for best results do not blend other grasses into a tall fescue lawn. A good choice for low maintenance athletic fields.

Open ground seeding rate: 8-10 pounds per 1,000 square feet. Half rate for overseeding. 

Expect initial germination in 10-14 days.
