The Petite strain in Marigold produces an abundance of very early blooms over a long season. Flowers come in great profusion, with up to 50 blooms per plant in full flower at one time.

SOWING...
Sow seed in spring when ground is warm and all danger of frost is past, as late as mid-summer. May also be started indoors early. Cover seed with 1/4 inch of fine soil, well pressed down.

THINNING...
When plants are 1 inch high, thin or transplant to 10 inches apart.

GERMINATION...
Germinates in 7 to 14 days depending on soil and weather conditions.

REMARKS...
Petite marigolds are bred to remain dwarf. Makes an ideal edging plant. Easy to grow and will bloom all season until frost if the flowers are picked frequently. Prefers a sunny, well-drained location.
