Our contactors quick establishing sun and light shade mixture. This mix of annual and perennial grasses will germinate quickly and continue to perform even under less than ideal conditions. Creeping Red Fescue (35%), Annual Ryegrass (30%), Perennial Ryegrass (20%) and Kentucky Bluegrass (15%).

Open ground seeding rate: 5 pounds per 1,000 square feet. Half rate for overseeding. 

Expect initial germination in 5-7 days, complete germination in 21-28 days.
