Our fast-establishing Sun and Shade Mixture. Perennial grasses with a turf-type ‘nurse’ ryegrass that will help stabilize the soil while the other grasses get established. Needs a half-day of sun to thrive. A good lower maintenance blend. Creeping Red Fescue (50%), Intermediate Ryegrass (30%), and Kentucky Bluegrass (20%)

Open ground seeding rate: 5 pounds per 1,000 square feet. Half rate for overseeding. 

Expect initial germination in 5-7 days, complete germination in 21-28 days.
